Have you looked to online to help keep your business going?

The coronavirus has brought a forced change, and many businesses are looking to move online in a bid to survive, or generate new revenue streams.

I have an idea for a product/solution to help small and medium sized businesses get online and increase their revenue, but I need some to speak to as many business owners as I can to validate I am solving a real problem.

What's been your experience in moving to selling online?

Existing marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy are seeing huge numbers of additional transactions.

Is your business facing this problem?

• Have you made the move to online, or considering it?
• What steps have you taken if any?
• Did you consider setting up an eCommerce site using Shopify, or WooCommerce, or something similar?
• Have you tried using a marketplace such as Amazon, eBay or Etsy? If not, why not?
• Have you registered with new responses to the coronavirus

What types of businesses am I interested in speaking to?

I'm interested in speaking to anyone who typically sells, or plans to sell, a physical product, and is looking to add online sales as a revenue stream

This is deliberately broad, so that I can speak to as many types of businesses as possible.

I sell digital products, do those count?

Possibly, but I feel there are good solutions such as gumroad.com which cater for this market pretty well. If this doesn't work for you, do let me know.
